- Give you the same new product.
At PrintOctopus, quality is one of our biggest priorities. Each product is carefully packaged in a tamper proof packet before it is dispatched. Extreme measures are taken to ensure that the merchandise reaches you in perfect condition. It is only in rare circumstances that damaged products will reach you. In case of any loss or damage during transit, we will be unable to take responsibility. On our behalf, we will contact the courier company to track your package or initiate a claim for lost products. In case your smile crumbles due to receiving damaged products, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the products by e-mail bringing our attention to the damaged good. Upon return, the article will go under inspection to ensure the problem in product is because of our fault rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once quality control check is done on the received products, an exchange/voucher will be dispatched. Please ensure, the product(s) is/are sent back are in their original packing (wherever possible).

2. Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
3. We will contact you within 24 hours to initiate your refund voucher or send a replacement item as required.
While we take responsibility to bring you innovative designs, the responsibility of returning the damaged product is of the customer. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
