At PrintOctopus, we have a No Questions Asked Return policy. If you are unhappy with your product and want to return it to us, we will happily accept all returns if they are reported within 7 days of the product being delivered to you. We will issue store credit for the same amount as the goods returned to us.
To submit a return request -
Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed (for T-shirts) and in a saleable condition. Kindly drop us an e-mail at help@printoctopus.com with the subject line as - Returns #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once your return request is accepted, you will need to self-ship the product(s) to the address mentioned below -

Please note - The charges of shipping the product(s) back to us will be borne by the customers themselves.
After the product(s) pass the inspection and quality check, we will send you an e-mail on your registered ID issuing you a store credit (valid for 6 months from date of issue) which can be used for purchase on www.printoctopus.com
In case of a size issue, we are happy to exchange the product and send you a different size. To raise a request, please write to us at help@printoctopus.com with the subject line as - Exchange #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving the product.
In case the product received is damaged or is different from the one ordered, please write to us at help@printoctopus.com with the subject line as - Replace #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving the product along with the pictures of the defect. Once your request is processed, we will be happy to replace your product at no extra cost to you.
